LGBTQIA+ Resources:
If you have a favorite LGBTQIA+ resource, please let me know by sending an email to julia@easternskywellness.com.
Psychedelic medicine and safe use:
If there is one site I could recommend related to psychedelics, it is Fireside Project. Learn about “Harm Reduction” and find tips regarding safety. Many people are interested in psychedelics and if that is you then I recommend having as much education on the subject as possible so that you can be informed. There is a lot of misinformation out there as well so be aware of that, and ask lots of questions.
Recommended Apps:
These are apps I often recommend to my clients. They are all free (or have a free version that is more than adequate). If you have a favorite mental health app I would love to learn about it — please send an email to julia@easternskywellness.com with the details.
